Welding:
The welding is done automatically , assuring a precision of  the work, and the good quality.

Heat  Exchanger  :
Built  in  Spiral  Seamless Steel  tube  - Schedule  40 , Cleaned  and  Enamele  coated.

Exterior   Protective  :
Cladding made of galvanized steel sheets ,
electrostatic coated with powder and oven baked. Thickness  : 0.5 mm.

Test Pressure :
The storage tanks are tested at a pressure of 13 Bar .

Heating Element  :
Electric heating element of 2500 W . as a standard
Nominal  A.C  : 230 V or 110 V as request.
Other element ratings possible : 2000 W ,   3000 W,   3500 W,  and 4000 W.

Electric Test :
The electric system tested automatically for:
Earthling, Insulation test, Breakdown,
Leakage current (ph), Leakage current (0),Current.

Tank  Glass Lining :
Protection against corrosion and high temperature 
by full inner coating of Enamel .
Vitreous enamel coat gray  :  180µ - 280µ. Considered  as 
very  high  homogeneous layer .
Metal  Cleaning : High  pressure  steel  grid  blasting 
to  bare  metal , Fine  Injected  Enamele
Coating  while  tank  is  rotating  and  tilting
no welding  is  carried out  after  Glass lining.

Cathodic  Protection :
Magnesium anode AZ31 that protect steel by a 
sacrificial electrochemical action.
0.003% max of  iron content.

Insulation :
Insulation of 40-45 mm Polyurethane - with low
Freon content-  foamed between the  tank and the
cladding.

Regular Working  Pressure:
6 Bar.

H.A.D.  Heat  Accelerating  Device :
Any SOLARIS vertical storage tank include an
accelerating  device  that shortness heating time  of water and saving money , when using  the backup electric heat element.

Pointer set at : 60°C
Disk temperature cut -off : 100 + 5°C hand reset
Differential: 10°C
