Aluminum  Foil

EPDM  rubber gasket with resistant to UV radiation and  Highly temperature. around the glass.

Tubing Grid:
For  Copper  tubing : Manifolds 1 1/8” copper brazed to  5/8”  copper  ( 99,5% ) risers-DRINKABLE  STANDARD  ,
For  Steel  tubing  : Manifolds galvanized 1” Seamless  steel  pipes  Schedule 40   welded, to  risers 1/2”

Back Pan:
Made of PVC sheet, UV resistant

Piping Connection :
3/4" B.S.P.T  female brazed to manifolds or from galvanized   steel 1"  B.S.P.T  male

Insulation:
Polyurethane foam cast under and around the sides of the absorber plate, with low Freon content to meet European standards, High  Density  40 Kg / m3

Absorber  Plate:
Made of finstrips  -  Copper  or Steel  painted coated :
Black Chrome  or  Selective Black Chrome Or Black
or Sunselect or Tinox.
For  Copper  tubing  -Copper fins are  ULTRASONOC
welded to copper risers  - provides   very  high  heat
transfer between the fins and the  risers.
For  Steel  tubing - The galvanized steel  formed around  steel tubes.

Glazing:
Tempered Solar Glass  Over 90% transmittance,
or ,Tempered Glass , or   Regular  Glass   Single pane, or double pane of  3mm thick:

Air Gap:
Air gap between plate and the back insulation reduces  thermal losses.

Stickers:
Bar-Code sticker & Producer sticker
